Sales Supervisor, Full Time - Hamptons

Lead sales and store-floor execution to help drive individual store goals. Coach and motivate sales associates, inspire clientele-building and customer retention, and maintain a customer-first experience with strong NPS feedback. Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inbound/outbound tracking, monitor key metrics, support loss prevention, and uphold store operational procedures while assisting with merchandising standards and onboarding.
