Plant Engineering Manager

Lead plant engineering technical strategy and capital planning, reporting to the Plant Manager. Drive the Early Management Pillar, oversee utilities to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance, and coordinate cross-functional alignment across Safety, Sanitation, Quality, Environmental, Operations, Maintenance, and Finance. Maintain the plant capital project list, support internal system audits, provide technical guidance, and partner with leadership to improve safety, quality, sanitation, cost, labor relations, and customer service.
