Job Summary

Own the end-to-end delivery of learning solutions across retail stores and regional teams, aligned to the Learning Service Level Agreement (SLA). Translate training and business needs into annual/monthly learning plans, coordinate classroom/virtual/blended/self-learning programs, and ensure facilitator and resource readiness. Drive engagement campaigns, monitor completion and certification through LMS dashboards, and act as a learning consultant to line managers and HR business partners while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate business and training needs into annual and monthly learning plans aligned with regional priorities and SLA commitments.
•Coordinate end-to-end learning delivery across classroom, virtual, blended, and self-learning formats, ensuring facilitator, buddy, and resource availability.
•Drive learning engagement through campaigns, communication, and social learning initiatives to improve participation and completion rates.
•Monitor learning delivery, completion, and certification using agreed platforms and dashboards, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
•Act as a learning consultant for line managers, HR business partners, SMEs, and Regional L&D, supporting development cycles and IDPs while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Diploma, Higher Diploma, or equivalent vocational qualification in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, or a related field.
•1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a people support role, preferably within a retail or operational environment.
•Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and digital tools for learning delivery and coordination.
•Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills, including managing timelines and learning calendars across multiple stakeholders.
