Job Summary

Manage and execute complex building automation programs for Honeywell’s Building Automation business unit. Own project schedules and budgets, coordinate workforce and subcontractor installations, review contractual documents, and track progress while ensuring contractual and technical requirements are met. Lead on-site technical team performance, evaluate subcontractors, ensure health and safety compliance, and prepare end-of-project documentation and warranties to drive customer satisfaction.

•Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring contractual requirements and technical specifications align with client expectations.
•Coordinate and plan workforce, material orders, and subcontractor installations.
•Review contractual documents relating to the work.
•Assess, manage, and prioritize tasks; report project progress to the project manager.
•Direct and monitor on-site technical teams, evaluate subcontractor performance, and prepare end-of-project documents and warranties.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in program management or project management.
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in building automation, controls, security, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire, contracts, and/or construction.
•Valid G driver’s license.
•Ability to acquire Secret Federal Government Clearances for worksites in Kanata.
•Capacity to travel up to 30% within the province.
