Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to customers and users via the hotline to support construction products.
  • •Plan, organize, and deliver training sessions for various stakeholders including distributors, civil engineers, engineering schools, and technical offices.
  • •Manage customer files from incident occurrence through resolution and closure, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • •Integrate new components while adhering to defined standards and assist with preventive maintenance.
  • •Provide on-site support to field sales teams and assist BETs during project CCTP development and digital service handling.
