Senior Analyst, Legal – Intellectual Property

Support the Legal Department’s Intellectual Property Group by managing IP portfolio activities across trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Help with trademark clearance, enforcement support, and IP transaction workflows using approved templates. Coordinate external counsel and support third-party IP and data usage compliance, including trade secret strategy development. Build and maintain job aids, templates, and self-service enablement, and lead training and communications to embed “IP by design” across the firm.
