Shape UiPath’s go-to-market for healthcare provider organizations by building a clear, defensible market point of view across regulated environments. Document current provider workflows and use cases, translate insights into repeatable sales plays for executive buyer personas, and help Sales prioritize focus areas. Partner with Sales, Strategy, and Product to estimate TAM and provide evidence-based input to product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Systematically document what healthcare provider customers do today across revenue cycle, patient access, clinical operations, and administrative workflows.
•Identify common patterns and use cases across provider organizations, including revenue cycle management, patient access & scheduling, prior authorization, clinical documentation, referral management, care coordination, and more.
•Develop a clear, defensible POV on what customers should do next to drive repeatable outcomes in regulated environments.
•Translate the market POV into clear, repeatable sales plays aligned to specific buyer personas and business outcomes, and equip sales teams with structured executive narratives.
•Partner with Sales, Strategy, and Product to estimate TAM, prioritize focus areas, and provide evidence-based input into product strategy.

Key Requirements

•Experience living inside regulated healthcare environments and working with healthcare provider organizations.
•Ability to analyze healthcare provider workflows across revenue cycle, patient access, clinical operations, and administrative processes.
•Capability to translate market insights into clear, repeatable sales plays aligned to buyer personas and business outcomes.
•Ability to estimate TAM for healthcare provider use cases and prioritize industries/functions/workflows based on impact, scale, and repeatability.
•Strong communication skills to develop structured narratives that resonate with executives (e.g., CFOs, CMOs, CNOs, CIOs, VP-level operations leaders).
