Job Summary

Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for groundwork and construction projects, moving between tasks as demands require. Follow OSHA/MSHA and company safety policies, complete daily pre- and post-inspections with documentation, and perform minor servicing and maintenance while escalating major issues. Support site improvement efforts, assist with assigned labor duties, and report problems to supervisors, including during training of less experienced employees.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights safely and efficiently.

•Perform minor servicing and maintenance; refer major problems to the supervisor.
•Participate in other assigned duties (e.g., shoveling/raking, wheelbarrow) and assist in training less experienced employees.
