Job Summary

Own ERP security and compliance for WSP’s Horizon ERP environment, defining governance, protection of critical data, and alignment to regulatory and cybersecurity standards. Lead least-privilege access controls and semi-annual access certifications, run risk assessments and vulnerability testing, and support security defect deployment from non-production to production. Partner with security, compliance, and technical teams to enhance SailPoint integration into Oracle and manage incident response and ongoing security improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement ERP compliance and security strategy, policies, and procedures.
•Analyze and uphold security access controls and oversee semi-annual access certification processes.
•Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability tests, then develop mitigation strategies.
•Collaborate with release and technical teams to implement security defects from non-prod to production and enhance SailPoint integration into Oracle.
•Monitor and analyze security incidents, investigate breaches, manage corrective actions, and report on ERP security posture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 122,100 - 179,100 annually

Key Requirements

•In-depth knowledge of IT security principles, best practices, and industry standards.
•Proven experience in an IT security leadership role, successfully implementing and managing security programs.
•Proficiency conducting risk assessments and vulnerability testing, with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
•Experience with security incident response and management, including investigating breaches and implementing corrective actions.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
