Job Summary

Deliver installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Bently Nevada hardware and software at customer sites. Ensure service execution aligns with customer schedules, safety requirements, and contractual commitments, while supporting Site Leads with accurate installation and commissioning documentation. Proactively identify and resolve issues, complete service reports and invoicing packages, and drive customer satisfaction through quality execution and support for business growth initiatives.

•Perform installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Bently Nevada hardware and software solutions at customer locations.
•Ensure service execution aligns with customer schedules, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.
•Support Site Leads in project execution and maintain accurate installation and commissioning documentation.
•Identify issues proactively and take initiative to resolve them to ensure project and service success.
•Complete service reports, invoicing packages, and administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner; drive customer satisfaction.

•Basic hands-on experience with networking components (routers, Ethernet cables, switches, etc.).
•Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including short-notice assignments during peak seasons.
