Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle complex issues in own area across cross-functional or cross-country projects and make decisions to improve current and future design and strategy.
  • •Administer, maintain, and enhance complex SAP systems and processes, revising programs and updating required documentation.
  • •Support both Delivery and Operation organizations, including technology expertise for feasibility studies, solution reviews, and technical blueprint definition.
  • •Customize and develop enhancements, implement solutions, and provide technical documentation and service/lifecycle support.
  • •Act as a cross-functional technology expert for problem management and continuous improvement, including participation in de-escalation and Build to Run engagement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,923 - 195,976 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field plus 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation, or a Master’s degree plus 4 years.
  • •Experience administering and maintaining SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ERP, SAP PI/PO, and SAP NetWeaver systems in cloud.
  • •Experience with full-cycle SAP implementations, including sizing, installations, configuration, go-live, maintenance, and support.
  • •Experience with performance analysis and performance monitoring across the system landscape.
  • •SAP OS/DB migration and SAP HANA certification, plus experience with SAP OS/DB migrations and hyperscalers.
