Key Responsibilities

  • •Write and debug reliability test program code for HBM device and package qualification, ensuring complete test coverage and issue resolution.
  • •Understand and resolve reliability test program issues using root-cause analysis and follow-through on fixes.
  • •Use in-house statistical tools to analyze engineering data for validation and risk assessment.
  • •Define interface hardware specifications and validate/debug new interface boards to ensure compatibility and performance across environments.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally, make technical risk analysis/project prioritization decisions, and mentor others while driving process and cost/quality improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Strong coding/programming skills in Python and C++.
  • •Demonstrated technical problem-solving with root-cause understanding and solution space analysis.
  • •Basic understanding of CMOS technology and DRAM device physics and design.
  • •Knowledge of statistics/data analysis tools and scripting, with experience applying testing/verification approaches and adhering to testing protocols.
