  • •Oversee a team of 4, including Associate Directors of Materials and Production and their Production Manager direct reports.
  • •Lead vendor strategy across 10+ factories in 5+ countries, proactively managing relationships and performance.
  • •Drive supplier diversification and oversee Materials R&D to identify, test, and scale next-generation sustainable materials.
  • •Translate creative vision into executable production strategies and ensure on-time delivery, margin protection, and high product quality.
