Senior Director, Supply Chain leads end-to-end supply chain operations for multiple product categories ( Shoes, Handbags, Swim, Jewelry ) from raw materials to warehouse delivery. Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end supply chain operations across Shoes, Handbags, Swim, Jewelry, and emerging categories — from raw material sourcing to warehouse delivery.
•Oversee a team of 4, including the Associate Directors of Materials and Production, and their direct reports (Production Managers).
•Lead vendor strategy for a supply chain currently spanning 10+ factories across 5+ countries; proactively manage relationships and performance while overseeing production of over 200,000 finished goods per year — and growing.
•Drive supplier diversification efforts to support flexibility, risk mitigation, and innovation across all product categories.
•Oversee Materials Research & Development with a sharp focus on identifying, testing, and scaling next-generation sustainable materials.
