Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise prefab/spool-yard and field fluid-system work, including daily schedules, workflow, and multi-shift handoff.
  • •Lead and manage fluid systems technicians, including hiring input, training, and performance-management tasks.
  • •Organize, assign, and track work across shifts so spool fabrication, install, field tie-in, and testing/punchlist move cleanly.
  • •Fabricate, install, and personally tie in fluid system components from P&IDs, isometric drawings, and engineering sketches to spec-standard results.
  • •Own plant fluid systems and oversee testing, troubleshooting, instrumentation connections, quality/conformance, and safety/efficiency improvements (including auditing and continuous improvement).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •5+ years of hands-on experience fabricating, installing, testing, and/or commissioning industrial fluid systems (piping, tubing, valves, pumps, and instrumentation).
  • •2+ years of experience leading a crew, shift, or project (supervisor, lead, or equivalent) in a production, construction, test, or plant environment.
  • •Ability to read P&IDs, isometric drawings, and OEM manuals and turn them into field work.
  • •Must be available to work extended hours and weekends based on site operational needs.
