Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and support U.S. Sales & Use Tax return filings and ensure timely filing and payment of indirect tax obligations.
  • •Gather and analyze tax data from Vertex, SAP, and other source systems, validating transaction data for accuracy and completeness.
  • •Maintain exemption certificate records, support taxability mapping reviews, and assist with Vertex tax content updates and routine system maintenance.
  • •Reconcile Vertex, SAP, and general ledger accounts; prepare recurring compliance reports and analyses; track tax notices and assist with responses.
  • •Support audit readiness by preparing audit schedules and supporting documentation, and help investigate and troubleshoot tax determination issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • •1–3 years of experience in indirect tax, accounting, finance, or a related area.
