Job Summary

Drive the financial and strategic agenda for the UK sales organization as the primary finance partner to the VP Sales UKI. Lead a team of 7 while overseeing ~ $1bn NSV P&L, owning Joint Business Plans and price negotiations from the finance perspective. Standardize sales performance methodologies, lead major sales execution projects, and implement Integrated Business Planning routines including Perfect Quarter and JBP reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary finance counterpart to the VP Sales UKI, providing guidance and control to Account Directors and leading a team of 7.
•Define and support implementation of customer, channel, and retail strategies, owning Joint Business Plans and finance-side price negotiations.
•Develop and standardize methodologies for performance analysis and review to ensure consistency and quality across the sales finance function.
•Lead major sales execution projects and implement Integrated Business Planning structures.
•Oversee key sales finance routines including Perfect Quarter, F&D tracker, and JBP reviews.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent is desirable.
•Strong commercial finance experience with a focus on financial and commercial performance; prior Commercial Finance experience preferred.

•Experience/knowledge of sales execution and performance management methodologies.
•Experience with SAP is a benefit.
