Serve as a peak-time banker in a branch, working a less-than-20-hours schedule during high-demand periods. Build client relationships through proactive outreach (including outbound calling), learn customers’ financial needs and preferences, and support growth by developing new business and expanding existing relationships. Process accurate teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, ATM and bag drops) and balance the cash drawer daily while following bank policies and operational guidelines, including maintaining NMLS registration requirements.
