Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-functional supply chain execution activities to align materials, plans, priorities, and resources to meet customer demand and manufacturing commitments.
  • •Drive operational planning discipline, operating rhythms, and timely issue escalation to help plants and regional teams execute committed schedules.
  • •Use Oracle EBS and Kinaxis (and related tools) to monitor supply, demand, material availability, and execution status; partner with IT/business to ensure data supports decision-making.
  • •Manage inventory performance by monitoring shortages, excess, and aging inventory and addressing material availability to protect production continuity, delivery, and working capital objectives.
  • •Prepare and analyze supply chain KPIs, communicate risks and required actions to leadership, and orchestrate constraint resolution with manufacturing, procurement, S&OP, customer operations, and regional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • •15+ years of experience in supply chain or operations, preferably electronics or semiconductor manufacturing with planning/materials/inventory/execution exposure.
  • •Hands-on ERP/MRP experience (Oracle EBS preferred) and advanced supply chain planning tools (Kinaxis or similar).
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, resolve operational constraints, and coordinate action across manufacturing, procurement, planning, and customer-facing teams.
  • •Strong analytical, communication, escalation, and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior executive leadership.
