Lead and own the Agent Observability product, shaping vision and roadmap for traces, recordings, dashboards, evals, and quality metrics. Balance needs of deeply technical engineers and non-technical operators, ship data-rich features, measure agent quality, and grow observability into a revenue-generating business at a fast-growing developer-tools company.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the observability roadmap: set the vision and sequenced plan for the suite, deciding what gets built and when in partnership with engineering.
•Ship products users rely on: turn complex, data-dense problems into usable experiences and raise the bar on quality.
•Make agent quality measurable: build evals and metrics to determine agent performance, latency, cost, and behavior.
•Design for two audiences: ensure the product works for deeply technical users and non-technical operators without compromising either.
•Grow the product into a business: drive adoption and revenue to reflect the value delivered to customers

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,000 - 265,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years in product management, at a senior or staff level, ideally having owned a developer-facing or data-heavy product.
•Technical depth to reason about how a complex system works under the hood, and earn the trust of engineers (you don’t need to write code).
•Multi-persona product sense: built for both deeply technical users and non-technical ones in the same product.
•Cross-functional influence: engineering teams operate with high autonomy; you influence through clarity, trust, and good judgment.
•Excellent communication: clear writing, strong presentations, and ability to switch between board-level strategy and detailed technical discussions
