You will educate OBGYNs, MFMs and Genetic Counselors, drive utilization, build strategic relationships, and manage end-to-end product sales while collaborating with internal teams to tailor messages for physicians and patients in a startup-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
•Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine and other healthcare professionals.
•Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships and managing the full lifecycle of product sales.
•Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities for growth within the territory, targeting OBGYN, MFM, GC clinics, hospitals and FQHCs.
•Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences and networking events to expand market presence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 184,569 - 248,269 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector, directly calling upon providers in the specified geographic territory.
•Demonstrated successful sales track record with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills with ability to present to internal and external customers.
•Effective time management and prioritization skills with a results-driven, proactive approach.
•Ability to work independently in a startup environment with HIPAA/privacy knowledge and professional conduct.
