  • •Investigate, negotiate, evaluate, and appraise vehicle damage claims for repairable and total loss vehicles within established guidelines.
  • •Use digital tools to evaluate highly complex claims and ensure compliance with contract terms, corporate guidelines, and state laws.
  • •Review facts of loss and damage documentation for subrogation opportunities and refer potential fraud indicators to the Special Investigations Unit, if applicable.
  • •Maintain accurate, current claim file documentation and manage productivity through desk management and timely follow-ups.

Key Requirements

  • •2 years of auto appraising experience.
