Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead portfolio management for the site’s capital budget and strategic plan, including oversight across other sites as needed.
  • •Develop complex project plans and capital investment proposals with financial analysis, cost estimates, and business case justification.
  • •Create engineering designs and documentation, including process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and process control strategies.
  • •Manage and optimize the project portfolio using KPI tracking, project reviews, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • •Provide leadership for capital projects by setting standards, ensuring policy compliance, driving stakeholder alignment, and leading root cause analyses and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or advanced degree in an engineering discipline with significant experience in project execution.
  • •Proven success leading engineering organizations and managing complex capital project portfolios in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience directing multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing external consultants, contractors, suppliers, and engineering service providers.
  • •Strong knowledge of capital planning, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, construction, commissioning, and project closeout.
  • •Team leadership experience and demonstrated ability to mentor and develop less experienced engineers.
