Maintain detailed client interaction records in the CRM, collaborate with the team to keep information consistent, and help develop and maintain the company’s online knowledge base and FAQs.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with potential and existing clients through live chat, email, and other digital communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
•Provide comprehensive information about wedding planning services, packages, and pricing.
•Answer client questions accurately and efficiently while resolving issues with empathy and patience.
•Schedule initial consultations between clients and expert wedding planners.
•Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM system.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26 - 39 hourly

•Proven customer service/support experience with strong written communication (live chat, email support).
•Exceptional written English skills with flawless grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
•Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
•Proficiency using CRM software and other digital communication tools.
