Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a role model for Stylists, supporting and guiding the team to achieve personal and store KPIs.
  • •Handle store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing when management is not present.
  • •Support Store Management with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties.
  • •Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards, coach team members, and support deliveries, stock organization, and stockroom standards.
