Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end technical approach for client connectivity implementations, including architecture decisions and sequencing.
  • •Run technical discovery and client workshops to document current-state and define target-state automation across treasury, payments, and reconciliation needs.
  • •Design and deliver connectivity solutions across APIs, SWIFT connectivity, and H2H/file-based connectivity, translating requirements into technical deliverables.
  • •Lead ISO 20022 implementation for payments and reporting message formats, including mapping, validation, and exception handling.
  • •Drive end-to-end delivery with planning, execution, cutover, and ongoing post-launch monitoring to protect timelines and improve connectivity performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep experience in client-facing solutioning and technical delivery within banking/payments/treasury/fintech.
  • •Hands-on experience implementing connectivity solutions using H2H/file-based and/or API-based approaches, including explaining trade-offs.
  • •Strong knowledge of payments and connectivity, including ACH/wires/instant payments and real ISO 20022 experience (mapping, testing, validation).
  • •Experience with SWIFT connectivity and ability to discuss MT→MX migration impacts.
  • •Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and act as an escalation point with strong cross-functional stakeholder influence.
