Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and enforce SHE requirements across roads and infrastructure construction activities.
  • •Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, ensuring timely closure of corrective actions.
  • •Ensure compliance with Aldar OSHMS, UAE regulations, and project-specific HSE requirements.
  • •Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs to promote a positive safety culture.
  • •Review contractor safety performance and ensure adherence to approved method statements and risk assessments; prepare SHE reports and maintain compliance documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of SHE/OSH experience on major roads and infrastructure projects, including utilities, drainage, sewerage, and potable water networks.
  • •Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, OSHAD-SF, and Aldar OSH competency requirements.
  • •Proven experience conducting safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • •Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Experience implementing and monitoring SHE Management Systems and contractor compliance.
