Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of 8-10 Trust & Safety representatives handling highly sensitive and complex safety incidents.
  • •Establish OKRs and strategy, set and exceed KPIs, and coordinate daily workflow to meet service level agreements.
  • •Partner with Legal, Public Affairs, Public Policy, and others to respond to safety incidents empathetically and effectively.
  • •De-escalate sensitive safety situations and work to improve policies/process clarity and reduce risk.
  • •Create and present reporting, build business cases for product/process improvements, and execute work in short-term sprints.
