Job Summary

Join Autodesk's Customer Success team as a Product Adoption Specialist for Design & Manufacturing. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers in Europe, guiding activation, onboarding and ongoing adoption across English and German-speaking markets. You’ll drive high-quality engagements, analyze usage data, collaborate with Sales and Support, and ensure customers realize value from Autodesk solutions.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary contact for customers during product activation — guiding them through login, user assignment, and project setup
•Drive a high volume of quality engagements via phone, email, and other digital channels to maximize customer impact
•Develop and execute onboarding and adoption strategies that increase customer value and product usage
•Support customers through early product milestones, identifying and resolving friction points before they become risk
•Analyze activation and usage data to identify trends, surface insights, and improve customer outcomes

Key Requirements

•Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
•Experience in a customer-facing role — Customer Success, Account Management, technical support, or similar
•Familiarity with Autodesk Fusion or comparable D&M tools (e.g. SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX)
•Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM
•Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to a range of audiences
