Key Responsibilities

  • •Build end-to-end visibility from factory to customer, including WIP, yield, genealogy, inventory (including supplier-held stock), and shipment status.
  • •Create the planning engine across supply chains for material planning, available-to-promise, and build/fulfillment queues.
  • •Run the supplier loop for PO confirmations, promise dates, RFQs, design changes, forecasts to tiers 1–3, and component pricing with effectivity.
  • •Manage physical moves from CM to 3PL to customer, including booking, importation, track-and-trace, and visibility feeds out of CM systems.
  • •Close the quality loop by handling incoming/inline quality, deviations and trends, warranty tracing, and tracing defects to supplier chargebacks in the financial system.

Key Requirements

  • •Daily LLM-native development using coding agents such as Claude, with a method for proving model output correctness (e.g., contracts, tests, evals, review).
  • •A track record of rapid iteration—working software in users’ hands in days, then improving based on real usage.
