Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and define global category strategies for capital equipment (e.g., Etch, Wet Process, CMP, Deposition, Implant, Fab Support, Photo, Metrology).
  • •Lead market intelligence including supplier landscape and capability mapping, technology roadmaps, and long-term pricing/cost curves.
  • •Act as primary commercial lead for strategic capital suppliers, including executive reviews and escalation governance.
  • •Lead high-stakes, multi-year global negotiations and contracting using should-cost, TCO, and benchmarking models.
  • •Partner cross-functionally (TD, OCT, Fab Engineering and Operations, Planning, Finance) and deliver multi-year capex, cost, and productivity impact; mentor Staff and Senior CSMs without direct people management.
