Key Responsibilities

  • •Own enterprise trust and compliance strategy and delivery across multi-cloud (GCP/AWS), isolated cloud, FedRAMP, BYOK encryption, and data residency for Search.
  • •Evolve high-throughput, low-latency distributed indexing pipelines to meet retrieval demands for agentic and AI use cases.
  • •Collaborate across ML, Data, Cloud Infrastructure, and product teams to align technical direction, unblock dependencies, and build shared platform capabilities.
  • •Drive system efficiency at scale by improving ingestion throughput, data freshness, and reliability while optimizing unit economics.
  • •Incorporate retrieval architecture advances, including vector/hybrid indexing and agentic memory patterns, into the platform roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Enterprise platform experience delivering tenant isolation, multi-cloud deployments, compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, BYOK, data residency), and zero-downtime migrations at scale.
  • •Strong distributed systems expertise designing and operating large-scale distributed data pipelines, search/indexing systems, or streaming platforms.
  • •Experience driving alignment and delivery across multiple teams and systems, collaborating and influencing while executing independently.
  • •A track record of making fast, pragmatic trade-offs that deliver near-term value without accumulating technical debt.
  • •Familiarity with systems supporting AI agents and pragmatic approaches to safe agentic engineering for robust enterprise-grade systems.
