Monitor autonomous vehicle fleet status and depot needs in real time using proprietary fleet management software. Proactively identify and triage issues such as charging requirements, cleaning requests, maintenance alerts, and out-of-service status, then coordinate with remote depot teams to resolve them quickly. Maintain continuous communication to minimize downtime, follow escalation protocols, achieve critical SLAs, and complete daily reports and documentation to support partner safety and operational standards.

•Monitor autonomous vehicle fleet status and depot needs in real time using proprietary fleet management software.
•Identify and triage immediate vehicle needs such as charging requirements, cleaning requests, maintenance alerts, and out-of-service status.
•Coordinate continuously with depot teams and management to minimize vehicle downtime and meet critical SLAs.
•Ensure optimal fleet readiness through timely intervention and issue resolution.
•Complete daily reports and documents and follow defined procedures and strict escalation protocols.
