•Assist the store manager and Specialists in daily store activities and operations.
•Actively contribute to achieving store goals (budget and targets) and adapt to strategic changes.
•Organize and manage stock and deliveries while supporting teamwork and a positive store climate.

Key Requirements

•Sales experience in retail or customer-facing roles (preferably in cosmetics/beauty)
•High school diploma or equivalent (diploma) with good English knowledge
•Strong customer service orientation, active listening, and communication skills
•Ability to collaborate with the team and support store activities
•Willingness to learn about products, KPIs, and contribute to store targets
