Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and review security solutions for the Linux Kernel and embedded software on NVIDIA automotive platforms.
  • •Perform ISO/SAE 21434-aligned cybersecurity engineering activities for Linux Kernel in line with NVIDIA security development processes.
  • •Conduct Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) to identify attack surfaces, assets, trust boundaries, risks, and mitigations.
  • •Define and review cybersecurity requirements across Linux Kernel, device drivers, middleware, and user-space components.
  • •Analyze Linux Kernel subsystems from a security perspective and support security assessments, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, and remediation planning.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Tech, M.Tech, MS in Computer Science, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in Linux Kernel, embedded software, or systems software development.
  • •Experience performing cybersecurity activities aligned with ISO/SAE 21434.
  • •Knowledge of secure software development, threat modelling, risk assessment, and vulnerability analysis.
  • •Familiarity with Linux security technologies such as SELinux, AppArmor, secure boot, TPM, TrustZone, and system hardening techniques.
