Senior Cost Manager - Data Center Construction Projects

Lead cost management for data center construction projects, supporting feasibility studies with parametric cost estimates and developing quantified BOQ cost breakdowns. Review designs across project stages, manage procurement and contracting activities, and oversee change control, interim payments, and final commercial closeout. Chair recurring commercial meetings, report commercial progress and risks to stakeholders, maintain QA/QC on deliverables, and manage and develop a cost management team.
