Project Director – Hospitality & Residential Construction

Lead end-to-end delivery for a ground-up hospitality/hotel project in New York, owning scope, budget, schedule, risk, safety, quality, and regulatory approvals. Direct preconstruction and procurement from concept through IFC, including contract negotiations for major packages. Manage integrated testing and commissioning through opening and handover, while building and mentoring a cross-functional team and providing executive/board-level reporting.
