Lead day-to-day retail operations from the shop floor at a flagship Regent Street store. Drive human-first customer experiences by running daily huddles, coaching teammates, and ensuring service standards. Support sales through product recommendations, upselling/cross-selling, and membership conversations, while maintaining shop floor standards, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and availability. Handle stock flow, delivery processing, replenishment, and act as keyholder/manager on duty when needed.
