Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in a two-year programme combining technical training, soft-skills development, and on-the-job learning to become a successful consultant.
  • •Support project management commissions by helping deliver project tasks to a high-quality standard, including establishing processes and producing project plans.
  • •Support cost management/quantity surveying activities such as estimating and producing cost plans, drafting procurement documentation, checking tenders, and supporting cost checks and valuations.
  • •Contribute to controls and performance work by helping build project delivery plans, interrogating cost estimates, and rolling out processes and tools to track and control performance.
  • •Engage in digital services learning by leveraging technology and connected data approaches to support governance frameworks and project execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a relevant degree in a discipline aligned with the role (e.g., project management, cost/commercial management, quantity surveying, engineering, mathematics/physics, data & analytics, construction management, building surveying, or consulting disciplines like asset/facilities management).
  • •Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute as a problem solver.
  • •Commit to making a difference, delivering work driven by quality and exceeding expectations.
  • •Show commercial thinking, passion for the construction industry, and a desire to learn on the job.
  • •Be able to work collaboratively and adapt across the programme’s learning, training, and rotations.
