Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering field from an accredited program, or a Bachelor’s in Engineering Technology with a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
  • •Minimum four (4) years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry.
  • •Proven ability to negotiate agreements (RUAs, ROEs, railroad crossing agreements) balancing risk, cost, and stakeholder expectations.
  • •Strong working knowledge of roadway construction methods and restoration standards (pavement, drainage, geotechnical, guiderail, temporary works).
  • •Experience coordinating with local/state agencies and railroad representatives, including presenting comfortably at public meetings.
