Engineer III

Manage end-to-end roadway permitting and access approvals for power innovation projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and railroad requirements. Develop permitting/access strategies, coordinate across engineering, environmental, construction management, legal, and external consultants, and negotiate RUMAs, ROEs, and railroad crossing agreements. Serve as a technical advisor on traffic engineering and maintenance of traffic, haul routes, roadway/bridge restrictions, and restoration requirements through construction closeout.
