Procurement Buyer

Manage procurement for food and packaging SKUs by placing purchase orders with allocated vendors and coordinating with distribution centers, offsite production, and warehouses to align deliveries and inventory with demand. Drive continuous improvement through process updates and testing, analyze purchasing data to resolve discrepancies, and handle supplier issues related to operations, purchasing, or quality/performance. Support weekly operational workflows, including PO updates, freight tracking, invoice payments, and inventory management.
