Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical support for a specific customer, including escalations, fleet performance, installations, improvement programs, and upgrades.
  • •Act as intermediary escalation focal point between customer and Division; provide technical support and documentation to help field teams diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug equipment.
  • •Provide Alpha and Beta site support for installation, operation, calibration, service, and testing of new in-house or customer tools.
  • •Initiate and review ECOs to ensure the data supports fixes, and follow up with communication to the field.
  • •Generate and present system performance and process reporting (including MTBF/MTBI/availability and spending analysis) and support GPS documentation, improvements, upgrades, and support plans.
