Key Responsibilities

  • •Work under supervision of a Product Development Engineer/Manager/Director to coordinate project work for proprietary product improvements or procurement of new/custom business.
  • •Interact with multidisciplinary teams and organize production/development trials as needed.
  • •Acquire vendor quotes for new tooling or modifications to proprietary tooling and assist in determining project costs.
  • •Develop and update part drawings and tooling prints; create models and prototypes for customers.
  • •Assist with tooling modifications and prototype evaluation, support quality assurance testing program development, and prepare reports and presentations while enforcing safety, environmental, and health requirements.
