Plan, coordinate, and monitor national and international LTL transport operations to ensure smooth day-to-day execution. You optimize tour and capacity planning with a focus on cost, quality, and deadlines, dispatch vehicles and subcontractors, and serve as the central interface between customers, drivers, and internal teams. You also track shipments, handle deviations and complaints, ensure compliance with legal and internal quality standards, and maintain transport data in the dispatch system.
