Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end roadmap for all non-campaign creative activity, managing intake and governance of diverse requests.
  • •Serve as the primary interface between the Customer Planning team and key business stakeholders to align operational needs with business goals.
  • •Balance urgent, reactive requests with scheduled BAU work through resource planning.
  • •Define and apply a clear prioritisation framework to protect core creative capacity and improve speed-to-market.
  • •Partner with the Campaign Planning team to maintain cross-functional visibility and alignment across campaigns and operational activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 55,500 - 88,500 annually
