Lead an exceptional in-store guest experience by assessing guest connection and coaching the team on product education. Build daily client relationships to drive long-term loyalty while analyzing sales and customer reports to develop strategies and action plans. Ensure strong sales floor coverage through effective workforce solutions and selling initiatives, and partner with Operations and Visual leaders to manage budgets, inventory control, and store operations. This is an on-site, store-based role requiring active presence throughout the shift.
