Key Responsibilities

•Define global strategy and cascade it to 70+ markets while incorporating local insights and priorities.
•Support P&L and portfolio management actions at global and regional levels, ensuring alignment between strategy and financial outcomes.
•Prioritize and execute value creation and performance improvement initiatives for regional/local teams with a consultative yet hands-on approach.
•Serve as the key point of contact between headquarters and regional/local management entities.
•Source, distribute, and drive implementation of best practices across Delivery Hero’s operations in 70+ countries; translate data into insights and recommendations for decision-makers.

Key Requirements

•At least 6 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, and/or business development/strategy in a fast-paced tech company, with at least 2 years at a top-tier global management consulting firm.
•Comfort modelling complex business and financial scenarios and using data plus judgment to make recommendations and decisions.
•Excellent communication skills (business language primarily English) and a track record of working with and influencing C-level executives.
•Ability to build collaborative, trusting stakeholder relationships across seniority levels and diverse cultural/function backgrounds.
•Ownership mindset with readiness to be hands-on and deliver results.
