Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and screen One Call locate requests to determine potential impacts to company assets.
  • •Contact excavators for dig site location details and dispatch emergency One Call tickets while notifying Operations during business hours.
  • •Interpret GIS mapping layers (centerline, operational areas, business units) using the Ticket Management System and/or GIS Portal.
  • •Support ticket management system configuration and update configurations to maintain accuracy as personnel and workflows change.
  • •Generate and distribute productivity and compliance reports and prepare documentation for state and federal inspections.

Salary: USD 50,000 - 76,000

Key Requirements

  • •H.S. Diploma
  • •Knowledge of pipeline operations, facility locating, or One Call programs.
  • •Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
