Key Responsibilities

  • •Build full-stack features from idea to production using React Native frontend and Python backend, covering UI, business logic, and cloud services.
  • •Design and integrate AI/ML capabilities, including LLMs, data collection, preprocessing, training, fine-tuning, and deployment to improve diagnostics and automation.
  • •Develop data pipelines and tooling to manage enterprise data for model training and inference.
  • •Test, validate, and optimize model performance and code efficiency to ensure reliability at scale.
  • •Own features end-to-end across backend services, databases, and mobile UI, collaborating with product, AI, and design teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Build full-stack features with a React Native frontend and Python backend from idea to production, including UI, business logic, and cloud services.
  • •Collaborate on AI/ML integration, including designing and integrating large language models (LLMs) and other AI models, data preprocessing, model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
  • •Handle enterprise customer data and APIs, build data pipelines, and tooling to clean, store, and analyze large datasets for model training and inference.
  • •Test and optimize model performance, ensure reliability at scale, and iterate based on real-world technician use-cases.
  • •Take ownership of end-to-end features across the stack, and collaborate with product, AI, and design teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
