Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver instructor‑led technical training for engineers at different competency levels (basic system operation, maintenance & adjustments, troubleshooting & diagnostics)
•Apply modern facilitation and didactical techniques to ensure effective knowledge transfer
•Prepare and conduct training sessions in classrooms and cleanroom environments
•Support onboarding and capability development of new engineers and junior trainers
•Collaborate with global training developers and experts to improve curricula and training materials

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or science-related field (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science or related)
•Experience in technical training delivery, teaching, or learning facilitation
•Background in field service, system maintenance, process engineering, or semiconductor manufacturing preferred
•Experience with blended learning or adult education methodologies is a plus
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to translate complex concepts into learnable content
