Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver instructor‑led technical training for engineers at different competency levels (basic system operation, maintenance & adjustments, troubleshooting & diagnostics)
  • •Apply modern facilitation and didactical techniques to ensure effective knowledge transfer
  • •Prepare and conduct training sessions in classrooms and cleanroom environments
  • •Support onboarding and capability development of new engineers and junior trainers
  • •Collaborate with global training developers and experts to improve curricula and training materials
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or science-related field (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science or related)
  • •Experience in technical training delivery, teaching, or learning facilitation
  • •Background in field service, system maintenance, process engineering, or semiconductor manufacturing preferred
  • •Experience with blended learning or adult education methodologies is a plus
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to translate complex concepts into learnable content
