Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the design and assessment of road and transport infrastructure drainage systems.
  • •Undertake drainage and hydraulic calculations and technical assessments.
  • •Assist with drainage strategies and surface water management solutions, including SuDS design.
  • •Support hydraulic modelling and analysis of drainage networks and watercourses.
  • •Help prepare technical reports, calculations, specifications, drawings, and other project deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •BEng in Civil Engineering, General Engineering, or a related discipline with a 2:1 classification (or equivalent) or above.
  • •MEng in Civil Engineering, General Engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • •A relevant Master’s degree in Water Engineering, Hydraulics, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • •Genuine interest in drainage, hydraulics, water management, and the design of road and transport infrastructure.
  • •Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate technical information.
